Role Summary:
The Social Media Manager will lead Shanro Partners’ social presence while also managing social media strategies for our portfolio clients. This is a contract position with performance-based compensation tied to client outcomes, content delivery, and engagement targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies for Shanro Partners and assigned clients.

Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X)

Monitor engagement, analytics, and performance metrics

Adjust content strategy based on analytics and client goals

Communicate with clients to align social strategy with business objectives

Produce performance reports for clients and internal leadership
Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of social media management experience

Strong portfolio of past campaigns and client work

Excellent communication and written skills

Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics)

Experience managing paid campaigns (an asset)

Self-directed, deadline-oriented

Compensation:

Contract-based with performance incentives

Industry-standard range for contract social media management in Ontario: $24.74–$31.72 per hour (varies by experience and client results)

Additional client bonus/commission structure for growth targets achieved
