Shanro Partners is a national strategy and advisory firm delivering structured expansion and government market integration. We are building long-term partnerships with businesses in secondary Ontario markets, including ongoing project operations in Port Elgin.
Role Summary:
The Project Manager will act as a local lead for projects and partnerships in Port Elgin. This includes coordinating vendors, teams, and operational activities, while serving as the principal point of contact for on-site delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day project activities in Port Elgin

Act as primary liaison between Shanro Partners, vendors, clients, and workers

Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and contractor activities

Manage property and business operations within project scope

Resolve issues, manage risks, and ensure project milestones are met

Provide regular reports to senior leadership
Skills & Qualifications:
-
3+ years of project management experience
-
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliverables

Excellent communication and organizational skills
-
Comfort working independently in a regional setting

Knowledge of local business or development environment (asset)
Compensation:
-
Contract-based rate aligned with Ontario project management standards: $45.37–$53.37 per hour (depending on experience)

Performance bonuses tied to project milestones and delivery quality
