About Us:

Shanro Partners is a national strategy and advisory firm delivering structured expansion and government market integration. We are building long-term partnerships with businesses in secondary Ontario markets, including ongoing project operations in Port Elgin.

Role Summary:

The Project Manager will act as a local lead for projects and partnerships in Port Elgin. This includes coordinating vendors, teams, and operational activities, while serving as the principal point of contact for on-site delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Oversee day-to-day project activities in Port Elgin

  •  Act as primary liaison between Shanro Partners, vendors, clients, and workers

  •  Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and contractor activities

  •  Manage property and business operations within project scope

  •  Resolve issues, manage risks, and ensure project milestones are met

  •  Provide regular reports to senior leadership

Skills & Qualifications:

  •  3+ years of project management experience

  •  Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliverables

  •  Excellent communication and organizational skills

  •  Comfort working independently in a regional setting

  •  Knowledge of local business or development environment (asset)

Compensation:

  •  Contract-based rate aligned with Ontario project management standards: $45.37–$53.37 per hour (depending on experience)

  •  Performance bonuses tied to project milestones and delivery quality
