User Interface (UI) Developer

Shanro Partners works with enterprise organizations and government sectors to deliver digital solutions that scale. This is a contract UI Developer role that covers the full lifecycle of an app intended for government use. ​

Role Summary:

 

We are developing an app to support government markets internationally. We’re seeking a UI Developer with experience from concept through launch including design, prototyping, and development. Compensation combines project fees and an ongoing royalty/share percentage upon launch/Government  adoption.​

Key Responsibilities:

•  Collaborate on product requirements and UX flows

•  Create high-fidelity UI designs and prototypes

•  Translate design into functional interfaces using modern frameworks

•  Work with backend developers and stakeholders through deployment

•  Participate in user testing and iterative refinement

•  Ensure ADA/AA accessibility compliance and responsive design

 

Skills & Qualifications:

•  3+ years of UI/UX design and front-end development experience

•  Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools

•  Strong understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and modern UI frameworks (e.g., React.js)

•  Experience with design systems and component libraries

•  Excellent communication and execution discipline

Compensation:

•  Project-based contract fee (negotiated prior to start)

•  Royalty/percentage-based compensation tied to app adoption outcomes & competitive share agreement

•  Equity/bonus opportunities for long-term partnership engagements
